Many MOP chips are made plain (i.e., no design). Some are on this crude page of mine:

The ones in your link look like MOP. Plain pieces are not particularly desirable umless part of a large complete set or particularly large. A few pieces could look nice as part of a display (say with guns, etc.).
I don't think many (or any) MOP chips are made today, though this site sells pearl pieces:
