Man, you are relentless. The majority of his feedbacks are great and the bidders are clearly happy with what they are getting. So one or two don't like them, let's shut him down then. Call the cops!! There's some thievery going on. So they guy says he's bought some chips from this casino for a certain amount. I don't see how that implies in any way that these chips are valuable or worth anything but what the bidders wish to pay. If I had a pink cadillac to sell and I threw on some pictures of Elvis Presley and maybe even one of him in a pink cadillac and then said in my auction that he owned a pink cadillac should I be chastised if one person incorrectly "assumed" that my cadillac belonged to Elvis or was in any way more valuable because Elvis happened to own one also. Or maybe I should clearly state that he did NOT own the car I was selling in case someone incorrectly assumed he might have. Once again the seller uses the term fantasy and never states these chips were ever used within any casino, anywhere, at all, ever. Because he doesn't know what your definition of a "casino chip" is, he's not allowed to use that "generic" term to describe anything that most of us would consider a chip at the very least and for lack of a better word on most people's lips, heaven forbid, possibly even a casino chip. Generic terms are used all the time to describe something which isn't exactly what you are talking about. I suppose if you couldn't read, you might mistake these for "real" casino chips, but I stand by my statement that anyone of average intelligence would never misconstrue any of these as an actual, used in a casino, with a cash-in value casino chip. I further stand by my statement that I believe falsely stating something as "rare" or "obsolete" when it isn't is far more dangerous to this hobby and would be a much better discussion then rattling on about a seller doing nothing wrong except selling things people obviously enjoy receiving judging by the feedbacks.
