with people who throw terms around such as "rare", "obsolete", "hard to find", and "uncirculated." I would be more angry if I bought something I thought was rare because the seller said it was and then later found out that it was common. Just because a seller launches into a 1000 word diatribe to help facilitate the sale of his item and within that he clearly does not state anything about the chip that would lead anyone with average intelligence to believe they are acquiring anything but a fantasy chip does not mean they are doing anything wrong. However, if someone states a chip is rare, or hard to find, when it is not, it should be considered wrong. Would you all feel better if the seller's title has only the word "chip" and there was no description at all except a scan? I'm sure that if you did some research on that you might find that you don't sell too many products that way. So he hypes it up, big deal, hardly a crime. Once again, the uninformed suffer, but is the seller wrong because someone thinks they are getting something they should have no reason to believe they are getting? There is no denomination on the chip, nor is there really anything that would make you believe it was from any casino at all except a vague reference a few times to a casino's name. And like I said before, you can clearly read Gambler's General Store on the chip in the scan.
