Brand new sites are very limited in the amount of space that is allocated to new accounts. This is done by design.

I do not want an anonymous user trying to post several megs of files/images to my servers that are not approved.

Usually when a new account runs out of space, those users will contact me. That gives me a chance to review not only the type of files being uploaded but their physical size as well. Every now and then someone will use a scanner setting that causes the images to very huge in size. This gives me an opportunity to correct the situation.

I have reviewed your scans and it all appears to be good. As a result, I have bumped up the amount of space that your account can use.
