It's a problem you run into sooner or later when you are collecting slot cards. The casino runs out and substitutes "blank cards" that have no printing, only the name/number imprinted or embossed at the card booth when issued. They don't see it as a big deal, because they don't know we are getting these for our collections. I usually did a little sticker for my cards marking when (and in this rare case, where) I got the card. I had a few extras of this one and an example ended up in your hands.
