This is a new mold to me. The chip has a raised thin outer rim, then a "cobblestone" inner wider rim and finally a "Crest and Seal" style center inlay with the C over S.

Does anyone have any idea what mold this is and who made the chip. I have two other colors of this chip-beige and mustard, sorry no extras.
