Richard do you see anything funny about the fact that the Convention Center wanted to use eminent domain to buy this property a few years ago and was turned down now the "city inspectors" are there telling them that they have to upgrade all the electrical and plumbing in the kitchen? How many other fifty year old buildings are being run out of business because of the old electrical and plumbing?
