I'm on my laptop, which is very fast for this dial-up on aol . Comcast High Speed modem for a wireless network was a new model and failed. High Speed, Huh??? Sending someone else out tomorrow with another.

Spent 2 hrs on the phone to discover they need to relace the brand new modem. Hummnmmm new model huh? sounds like a new car problem...
