I think we have resolved the problem. What my partner failed to tell me was I can use AOL e-mail browser and I dont have any problems with that. This is completly different then inside AOL proper. She lives in it and knows it upside down, but failed to tell me.

It has not been loaded on my PC until we get all this other stuff with comcast done and then I'll go from there.
