click on Dining, then click on Center Stage
It will tell you about the restaurant, and at the bottom of the page you can get the menu. It's been a couple of years since we were there, and it sounds like the prices have gone up (Queen Cut Prime Rib is $24)...but the food is yummy, and the view of Fremont Street is marvelous if you get a table by the windows. They pipe in the sound from the FSE show (or they used to, at least) and you can watch the show while you eat.
While you're on the dining page, click on "Great Moments Room" if you haven't been there. It's at the Las Vegas Club, and it's got excellent food....seems to me I noticed a coupon for that one, too.
