If they were made for a Casino but not used wouldn't that put them in a cancelled NCV catagory ( after all they are real Casino Chips)? I thought Fantasy chips were Ad/Promo and fakes that were never intended to be used in a Casino. To you it's a silly question, but to many of us confused by the way many chips are classified it seems valid.
