I have a little electronic postage scale. It's square and is made by Sunbeam. If I lift off the top, there's a switch that changes it from grams to ounces. Have you checked yours out thoroughly?

I used to teach an art class (jewelry) and if you looked in the giant picture window in our living room on weekends, you'd have seen me sitting at the table with my scale. Surrounded by giggly women with little containers of gemstones and silver, and me handing them more little plastic baggies of the same.

My husband used to joke that with all the noise we made, the scale, baggies, cars parked out front etc., that one day we would be reported by the neighbors fearing illegal activity.
