I picked this up for you on one of my trips to Austria. Its from Vienna, a small card room called the "Concord Card Club".

One of the interesting things about this place is that you could have picked up the whole room (building, people, and all) and transported it to Northern California and it would have fit right in with Artichoke Joes and Garden City.
