Jane, I don't know if that is the answer you wanted. I remember seeing the Post but it wasn't for the Plano 3700 box.

A Plano 3700 box holds 400 chips easy. They used to sell them at Big Lots for $3.00 but that's been a few years.

I have 30+ of them and they hold everything.

I have 2 for swizzle sticks, 1 for casino pens, 1 for dice, 3 for matchbooks. and way too many to hold chips.

I also use them to store just about anything else I collect that's small

If you take the the top off of one, it holds 1200 slot club cards, or 350+ tokens in 2X2 flips.

The last one I bought was at K-Mart.

Dicks Sporting Goods used to sell a 3 pack that came with a carring case (which was need except 1200 chips weights a lot!!!). Here is a link for just the box.

Now the only issue I have, I don't know if they will damage your chips 10 years down the road. I have store chips in them for 4 years now and haven't had a problem with them.

Plano also makes Hotwheels carring cases - I haven't found a used for them yet
