The Centennials are on the tables; no problem getting them; however, they have all now been well played.
As for the card thing that ticked off Dave K, I will add only this. First, I agree TS is going to have to work out it's problems with NYS--they dealt only with Gov. Cuomo and didn't get legislative approval. Second, the casino is not on tribal land but on lands purchased within the old reservation. According to the Supreme Court they can't have a casino there under the Indian Gaming Act and thus unless they choose to put the TS land into Indian Trust land, they are in ultimate trouble. Law suits pend against them on a variety of issues. While I think the Oneidas will ultimately prevail, to answer Mark's plea that they go to Type III machines as have the Seneca tribes in the Niagara-Buffalo area I doubt that will happen. The bingo type machine with its central computer has been very very lucrative for the Oneidas; I doubt that individual slots would do better but even if they would be I suspect a change over will not happen for a long time. If you are there on an average--average--afternoon or evening the bingo slots (including the bingo type video poker and video slots) are being heavily played. The area race tracks only have Class II type machines (and no video poker) and I doubt that TS will be quick to move to the Class III machines. Only my guess.
As for the rudeness of the "suits" and cashier people, I have found them to be quite helpful and friendly--however, originally, they had a "rule" that chips could not leave the casino and that thinking still seems to govern some of their people.
The poker room people including the dealers are as nice as any in Vegas, AC or elsewhere.
