When being dealt out the hand during a friendly game of hold'em, a card delat to me flips face up.

What is the procedure...

a) misdeal..re-shuffle and deal again.

b) I have the option to keep the card and play it after letting all at the table see it.

c) it becomes the first burn card and the dealing proceeds in some fashion.

d) other

Have seen it worked differently at different locations.
