I was sleeping comfortably until the fireworks started. Then it sounded like a freight train coming through my house. Of course, the barking dachshund didn't help!

I went outside to see the fireworks for a couple of minutes. Now it's back to sleep!

Geez, it feels like I haven't done anything all year except sleep!
