This PIC was taken 10 min ago 1/2 block from my home and shop. The water level is usually 15 ft below the bridge bottom. The small berm is a dike that is 12 to 15 ft. above the low water line. It's getting worse by the minute. The RPD is issuing evacuation orders to the people down the street from us, I'm sure we are next. I'll try and stay as long as they let me.
