While it is not the letter I would have sent, I'm kind of curious how it is that you think Jim should handled this?

Lets see, he could ignore the matter altogther. He could take it up publicaly on the bulltin board or he could send you a letter.

He tried to take it up publicly on the board, but you refused to participate in the discussion (obviously you were aware of this because you linked to that thread yesterday.

So he next he sent you a letter.

We know that your preference is that everybody does nothing. remarkably whenever someone brings up your misleading practices you disappear form the board. For years now some several members hear have been critical of your practices, yet many of our most outspoken members have given you a free pass (I don't know why)

Yesterday i linked to an Ebay ad of yours that clearly identified the Key West Chips as REAL CASINO CHIPS. You have another that refers to them as ACTUAL LAS VEGAS CASINO CHIPS

You continue to run ads on Ebay for the Key West chips without adding any language to clarify the problem that Jim has identfied to you.

BUT YOU PREFER THAT WE DON'T TALK ABOUT IT.
