Robert,
Getting a real set of chips from the Sahara would be a very expensive endeavor. If you have a set of 500 fantasy chips made it would cost you anywhere from $100 to $550 depending on quality. I would recommend four colors with a quanity of 150 gray or white, 150 blue, 100 red and 100 green. the reason for this and color, some chip Mfgrs like Chipco will only do min of 100 chips ea type, The denominations that you could use are .50, 1, 5 and 25. $5 are usually always red and $25 green. A lot of collectors not not have a denominations printed on the chip so you can use them any way you want.

If you don't mind not having "Sahara" on the chip, you might consider one of the 500 chip sets being auctioned on ebay from the Bellagio. These have the Bellagio on one side and WPT on the other and are good quality chips. Suspect you could get a set of these for around $125.
