I have a Blackjack Table layout from the Sahara Tahoe and thought it would be fun to, at some point in the future, get a table for it, and build a home chip set of Sahara Tahoe chips...

I was just wondering, for those of you that have these home made sets, what kind of cost could I be looking at down the road, and what is a good number of each denomination to get? Also, is there a way I can buy any in bulk as opposed to one or two every so often?
