I agree with your assessment that this issue should be resolved between the two parties ... which was the purpose of the PRIVATE certified letter that was sent by Mr. Follis. It was Mr. Shore who made this issue a PUBLIC one by announcing publicly on this forum that he is being sued by a club member.

I've challenged Mr. Shore and anyone else to produce the document which indicates the alleged fact of a pending lawsuit ... or even a threat of one. It's not up to me to prove what Mr. Shore claims to be the truth. It's up to Mr. Shore to back up his lawsuit claim which unfortunately has ignited a fuse on this message board.

No, I'm not a judge Mr. Hutchison, but I have a strong opinion that Mr. Shore's intentionally misleading description of some of his fantasy chip ebay auction lots (not just this one in question, but others like it as well) also reflects upon his misleading allegation of a perceived threat of a pending lawsuit that does not exist.
