This is a dispute which ought to be referred to Travis Lewin to resolve. If he's not the one to do it, he has others who can and will as volunteers. Both parties would be well advised to agree to that and to stop the public airing of this dispute. No one wins when disputes like this are open to public debate--we should limit our public debates to issues of public (not individual) importance. I hope that Jim and Josh will see their way clear to let the club claims process work this out.
