I resisted posting on this when I read the original thread because I thought it was tongue-in-cheek. I kinda still want to believe it is. Guess not.

Doesn't that say "Key West" Poker Chip Set? What letter gave you the trouble? Was it the K or the W?

If it is true that a Club Member is suing you under the pretense that he/she was led to believe that the auction was for the classic chips on the bottom, then, in my book, said club member is an IDIOT. Granted, in retrospect, it probably was not wise to include the scans of the classic chips, but does said club member reasonable expect to get all those chips for $9.99? Crap like this is what is wrong with the world today.

Did said club member retain a lawyer, because most lawyers I know would kick his silly ass out of the office in 10 seconds flat. Even the desperate ones.
