I almost fell for the fake Paypal scam yesterday...got an email first thing in the morn saying I bought a 1,2000 Dell computer...instant panic time...the thing looked soooooo real, and legit....then you see a link where you can dispute this transaction...of course I went right to it...and even THAT is soooo legit...it asks all the right questions..name addy etc....and alsooooo your credit card info....and the only reason I didn't fill it out was cuz I was tooooo lazy to get up and get my wallet from the bedroom...so I went to my Paypal account and seen no recent charges on it...that rang the bell and I looked at their security tips and sure enough after reading and checking it out...it was an obvious fake...but to me and I'm sure 1 out of a 100 or even a 1,000 out there it find it very real and go into panic mode and lets it draw them in and they end up giving some crook their credit card number...just like that. At least you didn't get burnned money wise , victimized yes, which is bad enough...good luck to you.
