Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!
Darrell and I were lucky enough to get 2 nights and $200 cash comped from Circus, Circus over the last 2 days - we had a blast! Got over to the Gold Coast and caught their show "Plaid Tidings - A Forever Plaid Holiday Edition". Really great singing. I also got brave and rode the Nascar rollercoaster at the Sahara - gotta do it again!
We had a wonderful dinner with awsome fellow chippers at Ellis Island, then off to the new South Coast casino. Got some new chips, and looked around the place. Not as nice as Green Valley Ranch...nice but sorta ho-hum to me.
Thanks to Ron and Julie Brown for driving us to the South Coast along with emptying out their pockets and purses of "extra goodies". Much thanks to Barry H. for driving us back to the strip, more "goodies" and making us laugh so hard, my sides still ache!

I did develope a new addiction - silver strikes!
I just counted the total - $760.00 worth of strikes...I got really lucky! I didn't have ANY luck on regular machines, but Santa was very good to me on the Silver Strike machines. I was also fortunate to run into a hard core strike collector at the Palms and trade all extras for strikes I don't have.
My desk is now covered in new chips and Silver Strikes....this is my idea of Cristmas presents!
