Now you know why I get upset when club members renew late after the quarterly magazine has been shipped.

I have to stand in line every time to get the postal clerk to put the white paper strip on the envelope, even though the strip has $00.00 postage on it.

Kind of defeats the purpose of buying the $3.85 priority mail stamps.

The worst part is when I have to explain to the postal clerk what needs to be done and why. Some of them just want to put the cancellation stamp on the envelope.
