Why can't things just work.... Just venting here.. I bought a product with this in the description:

"Wireless-G AP-Bridge WDS Mode:

The AP-Bridge WDS (Wireless Distribution System) Mode functions as a wireless repeater for your wireless network."

GREAT! That's exactly what I need but when it arrived it had no such feature... tech support was a big help:

-That serial number version does not have WDS mode

Huh? The manual says it does, the website says it does, how am I supposed to know what "serial number version" has it?

Contacted customer service.. they don't care but would I mind completing a short survey on my experience with them?
