I have an iPod, but not the Nano. I have the Belkin iTrip and it works great. I travel alot and can always have my tunes with me where ever I roam. It has a charger with it and wasn't too expensive. I bought the cup holder stand for it and it works well, too - but takes up valuable space when I fly.

If the iTrip works for the Nano, that would be my recomendation.
