Need some help from the computer pros out there. I recently acquired an iPod Nano and by some miracle even have put some songs on it. I'd like to use it to play songs thru my card radio, and hopefully charge the iPod at the same time (altho this is not vital). What is the best, and easiest product to use for this purpose? Cost also is somewhat of a consideration. Do all of these products work with the Nano? Thanks so much.
