JiM did infact win 69 chips for three dollars -
If he tries to send you one , i would ABSOLUTLY report him.
If he sells them , without knowing what he has , that is his problem , not yours.

He is lucky that you let him know , now he has the opportunity to make a profit off the remaining chips - obviously , you have seen the new auction.
, otherwise.........he wins twice.
