I don't know what the outcome would be if you pushed it, but he definitely didn't make it clear what you were getting. Then again, you may not need to push it too much. Since the auction "Cost per item" says the items were $.04 each, I think you really did win all 69. Whether the seller thinks so or not may be a different story. I think he probably intended to set it up as a Dutch auction and screwed up.
