Jim, your scan's too small to make out whether there's a location on the chips in the top row. I notice that the hotstamped chips in the bottom row simply say "Romania."

Charles' chip is from Bucharest. Are there Grand Casinos throughout Romania (and if so, in what cities?) or is there only one casino in Bucharest?
