OK, we're dealing with an Epson Perfection2400 photo. I use it with Epson's "Smart Panel."
Everything works fine except for the copy utility...when I try to copy a document, it appears fine in the print preview, but then only the top 1/3 of the scanned doc prints. This problem seems to have appeared out of nowhere.
Have uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded new drivers, and still the same thing.
If I scan to an application it works fine...it's just the copy utility that's misbehaving.
Any ideas?
