Von is doing a great job, providing the court system doesn't let the crimials off without bail and they serve time.

Here in NY (Syracuse) lately there has been 3 times that the crimials got caught red handed and each time the Judge set bail as nothing and let them go scott free.

The first was a 15 year old male who robbed a woman at gun point at a local mall, took her cell phone and cash. He had a pellet gun. The police caught him hours later.

The second was anothe 15 year girl who robbed a grocery store with a sawed off rifle, the state police caught her minutes later.

The third was also a woman who was of youthful status who had a 357 Magnum and 36 bags of weed.

All three came in front of a city Judge (which I won't name) and all 3 were let go with no bail set.

I'm not saying our system isn't working but something is wrong somewhere. The jails are full with these people, they do there time and then get out. Its a never ending cycle we live in.
