I was assigned this project for my agency. The Biloxi/WPPD chip was designed as a prototype and was going to be used as a gift for those personnel that helped during Hurricane Katrina. The Department's decided to go with a Commemorative Coin instead. 25 were made of two different designs. (see below) Approx 10 of each have been given to both Department's ranking members. The remainder are in my possession and will not be available for trading.
