What's the deal with the Fitzgerald's name since the last owner Fitzgerald's Gaming sold the Las Vegas, Blackhawk and Tunica properties to Don Barden a few years ago and the Reno property as you said is in bankruptcy protection who legally owns the Fitzgerald's name? My original understanding regarding the purchase of the three properties by Don Barden was that after 2 years he would have to change the name of the properties but since Fitzgerald's Gaming is technically no longer in business following the sale of the three casino properties and payout of those profits to the shareholders, Who owns the rights to the Fitzgerald's name?
