let the chips LOL fall where they may. If she says keep them for the $100 I'm sure you'll sleep better at night and get a free pass on some other "sin". My problem is that I grew up with my Italian Nona living with us. She would lecture me all day (in Italian) about the important things in life - number one was "don't ever steal ANYTHING ... God will make sure NO good will ever come from it. It ruined my life - I worked for over 35 years for the same company and could NEVER even pilfer a roll of Scotch tape at Christmas. And as a reward for this "no steal" policy, God tortured me with several tests: three times I found wallets/purses with $300, $250 and $500 respectively. I turned all three in to Police and got only one response (the $250 owner gave me a $10 reward - the others gave me NADA - not even a thank-you call). But no matter - NONA is always there saying "don't do it". She would haunt me forever if I took the chips without telling.
