TCR question and Lady Luck Chip question

I just finished the chip rack note 003 Counterfeit Nevada & Diecar Mold chips. (page 379 10th edition )

I found it to be extremely informative and easy to comprehend. Thank you ! I was also happy to see that the hot stamp on the chip I purchased was not medal-aligned.

The Lady Luck chip in the ebay photo looked Mauve but the chip is grey and appears to be V4730 .

My own scan is shown below along with the ebay site. The ebay description said it was a 1964 first edition . I am certain that was an honest mistake since the Lady Luck did not have table games until around 68 I believe. I could be wrong , help ! In the TCR the year reads 1970's . I don't have J C's book because my daughter borrowed it so I couldn't compare them .

The scan I took and the one on ebay are so high in resolution /dpi that I was shocked when I had this chip in my hand finally. To the naked eye you can't see the wear on the hot stamp as shown in the photo nor are the marks from use highly visible . It does have a few tiny edge nicks most likely from play. ( hard to spot )This is a great chip !!!

My questions are:
Is this a first issue chip ?
What year is it from ?

Chip rack note has no relevance to LL grin
I have looked at your site and
A lot more about Borland has come to light
I learned a big lesson here too
Is that true about Bill Borland???
Is probably a slight exaggeration grin
