Rare Mustard $5 Hotel Last Frontier C & S Casino Chip
Up for bid is a Rare Mustard colored $5 Hotel Last Frontier Las Vegas Nevada Crest and Seal Casino Chip. The Schiffer Official Casino Chip Price guide ranks this chip with a R-10 Rarity meaning Impossible to find with only 2-3 known survivors. They value the chip from $7,500 - $15,000. I am not an expert but would call this chip in Near New Condition. The edge are square and I can only find one very tiny nick on the edge. You almost have to run your finger slowly around the edge to find this (even then I miss it many times). Look at the enlarged photo and what I am speaking of is at the 10 O'clock position. The only other thing to note is only the slightest specs of soil on it that could be cleaned up by someone with more experience. Being familiar with antiques and collectables, we have not attempted to wipe or clean the chip.

We aquired this and many other rare casino chips from an estate sale of an 82 year old woman. The chips were stored in a dry basement in a covered box and were apparently there since the early 1940's. There are single letter chips, S & C, and some with a Photo inlay (Riviera), and many others.
