I read every post in this thread and Angela (if there really is an Angela) doesn't list her ebay ID, so I can't go look at the auctions that she was shill bidded out of.
Angela who brought up this whole topic, lists no names, so I can't go look on eBay and see what they have been bidding on or cross bidding on.
People are suspended? Who, can someone name some names.
And for those who said Angela just wanted some advise, try reading this again.

I think I have been victimized repeatedly on eBay when bidding on chips. I notice lately that a great many of the people selling chips to me and out bidding me are getting suspended from eBay
I suppose that will put me on the don't buy and don't trust list of Angela, (if there really is an Angela, who buys large numbers of chips as claimed?) but how about more than slapping down accusations. Try giving up the facts to back up the claims.
Mike, where the heck are the names in this thread. I tried every message you posted, including apologies, screw loose and some others.
There's a whole long thread and a big debate and so far, it's all pure philosophy.
(yes I'm against shill bidding, yes I think most people on eBay are honest, NO I don't think shill bidding is as common as some would want us to believe.)
I only bid as high as I'm willing to pay, after that let the shills have their own chips. Or let someone who wants it more, pay for it, they will be happy as a winner.
I'll see the same chip at a show or again on eBay for less and buy it for less. Worth the wait.
Now where's the proof?
