If you are at a flea market and see a chip you would pay $200 for and the seller tells you he will sell it for $50, do you tell him that you are going to give him $200 for it since that is what you were willing to pay?
The shill bidders don't have any intention of actually buying the item, they are just there to increase the price. THAT IS BEING RIPPED OFF!
