I realize this thread is a bit long, the original question from Angela was she was concerned that it may have happened, but had no concrete evidence. She was looking (originally) for suggestions by the old salts of who had good reputations, so she could stick with known and trustworthy sellers.
The issue exploded into this ongoing discussion.
If i have that wrong Angela, please correct me.
