It is not the case when I walk into a car dealership. I don't wish any person to be taken advantage of, and since I like you, I am even more bothered by it.

But on a broader scope, if good people ignore bad acts, it gives a sense of legitimacy to the behavior.

I do think you should bid in a matter that you wish, but I agree with those that feel they have been cheated if they pay even one nickle more than they would of, if it hadn't been for improper or illegal behavior.
