Just curious... I think my answer to Question #2, Removal of varnish and/or glue might be no. If a chip has glue or varnish on it, due to an accident, etc. from a previous owner and the glue/varnish can be easily removed, wouldn't it be the same as cleaning a chip? I'm not referring to the original finish of the chip.
Also, #7, Removing of chips from key rings, money clips and bolo ties If the chip can be safely removed and the glue washed off, wouldn't that also be the same as cleaning a chip?
I have several Dunes keychain chips, as pictured below, and a few are missing the bead chain. Would these be included in this category?
Since I could be looking at it from a different perspective, I'd like to know what others think before I mail in my responses.
