Since when do you get 7 cards in 5-card stud???

I have read about Mississippi Stud, but never played it. Lou Krieger was touting it about 4 years ago, if I remember correctly.

Stu, you can have a stud game with 2 cards down and 5 up, but I have never seen it in a casino, nor heard about it. Do you know of such a game? In any case, it was just a little mild teasing. No malice intended.
