So I played in my first real LIVE tourney last evening. I held on for about 2 hours, and then, with low chips and high blinds, decided to go all in. I was dealt Qd Jd, my opponent had 6 6. Flop comes out Ad 7d Qc, so now I have 4 diamonds and a pair of queens. Turn is another 7; river card is 6d. I couldn't believe it--I get my flush on the last card and he gets his full house. *sigh* Oh well, there's always next time! (I was just glad I qualified to play in the thing in the first place...)
