I'm quite ignorant to sport book bets, and wondered how this particular bet works. If you (or anyone else) don't mind, could you give a brief explanation?

I've been to Vegas many times, but have yet to even set foot in the sports book. Played at the dog tracks in Daytona many times, but that's about it on sports wagers.
