His description is wrong. Both his inserts are 1/2". 9/16" inserts come from Burt Co plugs and are a completely different shape. His chip merely failed 'quality control'
I have a few chips that look like it.
ALL $5 denoms have 1/2" inserts. I will post a picture showing the differences in the inserts later.
