Most Montana "casinos" ARE slots only, with no chips. A few (especially now that poker is so big everywhere) spread poker, but it is the only "table game" legal in the state, thus the only way you can find chips. No craps (thus, no dice! unless you can find some from the "old days" of illegal/semi-legal clubs). Montana still has less than one million people living there---and the games are few and far between...
